The keynote speakers are Julian Birkinshaw (UK), Professor and Chair of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School and one of Thinkers50 top management thinkers, who will talk about how to make organizations fit for the future. Brent Smith (USA), Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education, Associate Professor of Management and Psychology (Organizational Behavior) at Rice University and renowned management trainer, who will talk about how to create a productive team in the context of the new way of working. Erica Javellana (USA), Zappos Speaker of the House, who will talk about how developing a company culture and committing to it, can make a positive change within your organization.
In addition, the conference program and the workshops will contain much more exciting to look forward to.

10:00-12:15 Part I
Maria Kütt (PARE chairman of the board, HR Manager at Coca Cola HBC Baltics) talks about the challenges of HR management today and tomorrow.
Kirke Saar (Technology Director at Telia Eesti), Piret Lõuk (freelance consultant), Priit Tamm (CEO at Mistra-Autex) and Jüri Mõis (entrepreneur and investor) talk about the present and future challenges of management presented by the changed work relationships.
J.Margus Klaar (partner at Brand Manual) will lead a workshop on employer branding. In this workshop you will learn how to use the methodology of service design for improving people’s (work)experience.
Georg Merilo (expert on negotiations) will lead a workshop on negotiations. In this workshop you will learn how to conduct negotiations with proper thinking and good vocabulary in minimal amount of time.
Helo Tamme (HR Manager at ISS Estonia) will moderate a workshop on diversity. In this workshop, Ülle Matt (HR Manager at Swedbank) and Lieutenant Commander Toomas Kasemaa (Chief of Support Services at the Defence Forces) will tell their stories. In this workshop you will learn about the possibilities of integrating diversity into the organization's DNA.

Tuomas Paasonen (Lead Recruiter at Futurice) will lead a workshop on organizational culture that is based on freedom and trust. In this workshop you will learn by the example of Futurice how to build a trusting relationship with both employees and clients.
Taavi Tammpere (CEO at Social Fly) will lead a workshop on marketing in the social media. In this workshop you will learn how to achieve a big impact in social media on a small budget.
Helena Lass (doctor, founder of the e-training portal Wellness Orbit) will lead a workshop on awareness. In the workshop you will learn about how better awareness enables better coping with changes and setbacks, being more present and protecting yourself from burnout.
Alo Arro (CEO and co-founder at Teamscope) and Tõnis Arro (co-founder at Teamscope) will lead a workshop on the present state and the future of Big Data in the HR field. In the workshop you will learn how to use Big Data instead of traditional personnel tests and how to take advantage of its endless possibilities in recruiting and team development.
