Conference 2017

The 25th PARE Annual HRM Conference "The Day After Tomorrow"

April 20-21, 2017 at Kultuurikatel, Tallinn

The recent history of Europe confirms convincingly: the right decisions made at the critical moment determine our course for the next decades. Work changes, people change, the world changes. How to make the right choices today in order to remain competitive for the next quarter of the century?

Uncertainty is the new norm, the only certain thing in the whirlwind of social and technological change is that nothing is certain. The organizations have less and less to learn from the past, they need to discover more and more as they move forward and to acquire new skills.

How to adjust to having trouble adjusting?

We need to find capable people for making our way in the unknown.
We need to create adaptive organizations on the go.
We need to attach ourselves to the global value chain.

At the 25th PARE Annual HRM Conference we look with the help of world-class management thinkers for solutions to making the right decisions in the environment of uncertainty and constant changes.

Come and join the discussion at the 25th PARE Annual HRM Conference "The Day After Tomorrow" on April 20-21, 2017 at Kultuurikatel, Tallinn!

The keynote speakers are Julian Birkinshaw (UK), Professor and Chair of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School and one of Thinkers50 top management thinkers, who will talk about how to make organizations fit for the future.
