"Renewing Organisation"

Dear human resources professionals,

Last year was difficult to all of us. We cut down expenses, laid off people, reorganised and restructured. But we all adapted to new situations and found a lot of hidden resources, will and initiative in ourselves and in our organisations. Today's organisations are better than two years ago. The process of renewing continues and we would like to give input and support to you in this process. You are welcomed to participate in the 18th Human Resources Management Conference "Renewing Organisation" that takes place in April 29-30 in Dorpat Convention Centre in Tartu, Estonia.

Opening keynote speaker is Sir John Whitmore, a man who brought coaching from sport to organisations and is a leading figure in the international coaching community today.

In order to be informed with latest developments in the economy and what that means to HR people and HR work Urmas Varblane, professor of international business in University of Tartu gives an overview of the economic situation. HR Director of Manpower Sweden, Anki Ljung presents HR future trends and peoples' expectations in the future.

There are practical workshops and case-studies on both days which give you an opportunity to meet HR and management practitioners and listen to their success stories and learning experiences. You will get to know latest management trends and learn about outstanding development programs.
