But we all adapted to new situations and found a lot of hidden resources, will and initiative in ourselves and in our organisations. Today's organisations are better than two years ago. The process of renewing continues and we would like to give input and support to you in this process. You are welcomed to participate in the 18th Human Resources Management Conference "Renewing Organisation" that takes place in April 29-30 in Dorpat Convention Centre in Tartu, Estonia.
